The Process: Three Chapters of Creation. 

1 The Consultation & Vision

We begin with a free 30-minute conversation. Whether in person, via phone, or over email, we’ll discuss your inspirations, stone preferences, and the textures that resonate with you. We’ll refine your ideas into a rough sketch and source the perfect ethically mined stones or opals to bring the design to life.

2 Carving in the Elements

Once the design is set, I take the wax model into the landscape. Just as a painter creates outdoors, I carve your piece while surrounded by the rock formations and scenery of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can even specify a location that holds personal meaning such as the exact spot of a proposal or a favourite childhood coastline.

3 The Alchemic Finish

The final wax model is brought back to the studio to be cast in your chosen precious metal. Using traditional techniques, I hand-finish and set your stones, ensuring the organic textures of the landscape remain forever captured in gold or platinum. Our bespoke prices vary and are finalised once the design is agreed upon.

Special Service: Cast At Location. 

For those seeking the ultimate connection to a place, we offer our signature "Cast At Location" service. Unlike traditional casting, I bring the furnace to the landscape. Using the ancient art of sand casting, I pour the molten metal directly into a mould on-site—amidst the salt air of the coast or the stillness of the peaks or coastline. This service is ideal for wedding bands, creating a ring that doesn't just represent a memory, but was physically forged within it.

Our signature cast at location service within a  200 mile radius of Bristol has a charge of £495. Anything outside of this 200 mile radius will be subject to different pricing. 

We can create a multitude of different styles to raw, rough and organic, satin to a high shine polish, the choice is yours and each one carries the same charges.

Transform Your Sentimental Jewellery.

Your jewellery holds stories, and we would love to help you tell them in a new way. If you have sentimental gold or platinum that you’d like to see transformed, we offer a dedicated remodelling service. From carefully salvaging your existing stones to refining down old metal to create a fresh, custom design, we handle every detail with care and experience.

We work closely with you to understand your vision, ensuring the final piece reflects your unique style while preserving the "soul" of the original jewellery.

Remodelling projects start at £400. We have extensive experience working with family heirlooms and wedding jewellery, we can work together to create something beautiful and something that is handed down from generation to generation.
